How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for tea kits?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea kits. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Do your loaded teas contain sugar?
Most of our loaded tea blends are formulated to be sugar-free or very low in calories, using high-quality sweeteners and caffeine bases to provide clean energy.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of purchase by emailing our customer service desk.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
